​This 100% online course is conveniently offered outside of standard work hours. Learners will attend one half-hour introductory session and the course spans two eight-hour sessions on Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM US Central time.

The SAFe® Scrum Master course equips learners to coach teams to deliver business value at scale. The course teaches you the tactical skills needed to be an effective Scrum Master in a SAFe organization. It also gives you the guidance and tools necessary for working in remote environments with distributed teams.

You will learn how to empower and lead SAFe Scrum and SAFe Kanban teams as a servant leader, learn event facilitation including team iteration planning and retrospectives, PI planning, and other such Agile Release Train events. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts
